DC comics for August 2012: this is going to be a short one. Only one cover for my selection from this month’s solicitations because I am one of those people who won’t be buying Before Watchmen or even posting images related to it, despite the fact that some talented artists are producing artwork for it. Therefore, this is the cover for Legends of the Dark Knight: Alan Davis hardcover, drawn by Alan Davis (obviously), which is a collection of various Batman comics drawn by Davis from early in his career. And that’s all.

Regarding a particularly chesty CATWOMAN figure…

Haven’t had much with Catwoman’s - one of my favorite characters - solo series. The first one featured Jim Balent’s “bazooms like this” art, and the current one is written by Judd Winick, who’s probably a great guy but definitely not a good writer.
Thank god for Ed Brubaker and Darwyn Cooke.
