I think that once you get to the point where all of your characters can do infinite things, you’ve eliminated any and all drama from your stories. None of this stuff is remotely plausible–it is fantasy–so you want enough believability that there is verisimilitude, but not so much that you need an abacus to figure out how the simplest actions should go.
